What's been going on in our house

Well, let's see... this is the first thing I've added to our page. I am usually on MySpace doing this type of thing. We have been so busy lately (wonder why!). Here is what we've been up to:

On February 28th Steve and Mike became legal father and son! It was a pretty neat process. We were only in the courtroom for about 10 minutes. Mike was so excited. He wiggled around and asked a lot of questions. The judge said it was the best part of his day. Momma came over to watch Chloe while we were gone. Ya'll know she hated to do that! Steve and Mike spent the rest of the day doing "guy" stuff. It was a great day!

The boys got report cards the day they got out for spring break. They both had two C's and the rest were A's and B's. That's pretty good but they can both do much better. The first nine weeks report card had all A's and B's.

Mike will be going to school down the street from our house next year. He is excited. Now the boys will have friends that live in our neighborhood as well as the friends they have in Tallassee. I think it's going to be great!

Chloe had her 2 month check-up. She now weighs in at 10 lbs 3 oz and is 23 inches long. She is in the 40th percentile for her weight and 90th percentile for her height!! I guess she'll be tall and skinny. She had to get her first set of shots that day and it did not make her a happy camper. She cried like her feelings had been hurt. I cried because she cried. She ran a little bit of fever that night but nothing too bad came from it. She doesn't go back to the doctor until she's 4 months old. I bet she'll be 15 lbs by then!

We are going to visit family in Pensacola this coming weekend! I can't wait for everyone to see Chloe!

Well, I guess that's about all for now. Oh, I almost forgot: Harmony is doing fine. He patrols the windows for wasps that are trying to get through the windows during the daytime now that spring has arrived. Ya'll should see him jump! He still tries to bite people when they come over to visit but I think it's all for show. He loves for people to pay attention to him. He just doesn't want anyone to know. (so don't let on that you know that if you come over)

More later...
